‍d3 comprises five distinct districts, each shaped by its unique surroundings and designed to offer exceptional places to live, work, and explore.

Set along the waterfront, the community enjoys serene views of the bird sanctuary to the east and the iconic Burj Khalifa to the west. Spanning 18 million sq. ft., the butterfly-shaped layout places low-rise buildings at its heart, rising gradually to taller towers along the edges to maximise light, greenery, and city vistas.

Bringing together residential, commercial, hospitality, and creative spaces, the masterplan creates a holistic, walkable lifestyle. Luxury waterfront homes and vibrant creative clusters are seamlessly linked by promenades enriched with art, culture, and curated experiences.

The Creekside
The Creekside offers luxury waterfront residences and hospitality, complemented by cafés, restaurants, and boutiques along a vibrant promenade connected to the towers’ amenities. This scenic waterfront links the district to Dubai Creek, featuring autonomous electric abras.
Design HQ
At the heart of the district lies Design HQ, where work and lifestyle converge in perfect harmony. Framing d3’s iconic offices, this sophisticated enclave combines premium residences, curated retail and fine dining, to offer a refined urban experience for professionals and creatives alike.
Soho
Soho is the cultural soul of the district, an energetic enclave where creativity thrives. Low-to mid-rise residences surround a dynamic hub for performances, exhibitions and year-round festivals celebrating artistry, innovation and the region’s most exciting talent in an atmosphere alive with inspiration.
The Nest
The Creekside redefines waterfront living with elegant residences, boutique hospitality and a vibrant promenade. The Lab

Design HQ

This district is built around the existing d3 office buildings and will feature residential spaces, retail, and some of the city’s finest dining destinations.

SOHO

Soho is located at the heart of the destination. Low- to mid-rise residential buildings extend outward from the d3 Arena, which will host local and international performers, exhibitions, and year-round events showcasing the best creative talent the region has to offer.

The Creekside

WHERE CREATIVITY TAKES SHAPE

Strategically located near Dubai Creek, close to Downtown Dubai (3km) and iconic locations such as Burj Khalifa (2.6km), Dubai Mall (2km), DIFC (3.5km) and Business Bay (1-3km), the d3 masterplan is a new creative hub in the heart of Dubai. The development will expand the city’s spectacular views across Ras Al Khor Bird Sanctuary to the east and the famous Dubai skyline to the west.

The d3 masterplan is committed to targeting LEED Silver community certification and is constantly finding creative ways to bring the environment and sustainability into every part of every day.

Where Creativity lives

THE Design LINE
At the heart of creativity is the idea of freedom, and nowhere in d3 is this more evident than in the Design Line, a unique feature that promotes absolute freedom of movement. This central pedestrian-friendly pathway links all the different districts within d3, providing an enjoyable and secure car-free experience. Designed as an elevated corridor, the Design Line is the first of its kind in the region, making d3 a truly special and memorable pedestrian-friendly destination in the city.
